Course Description:
Learn to make this delicious, moist, and flavorful cake covered with the traditional merengue! This class includes all baking ingredients and no previous experience is required. This class will cover ingredients, techniques, and tips for making a traditional Nicaraguan cake. This class is perfect for anyone who loves baking and wants to learn more about Nicaraguan desserts!
Students will need to bring a 6" x 3" baking pan and an apron (which can be purchased at our store). This class does not include decorating techniques.
