Course Description:
Learn to make this delicious, moist, and flavorful cake covered with the traditional merengue! This class includes all baking ingredients and no previous experience is required. This class will cover ingredients, techniques, and tips for making a traditional Dominican moist cake, how to prepare the filling and delicious merengue. This class is perfect for anyone who loves baking and wants to learn more about Dominican desserts, from beginner bakers to experienced home cooks.
Students will need to bring a 6" x 3" baking pan and an apron (which can be purchased at our store). This class does not include (merengue) decorating techniques.
