This course is a workshop where students will work together with the chef to create these delicious recipes that our students will be able to taste and take home.

Day 1
- Glute free multi-cereal breakfast bread
- Sugar free and gluten free carrot cake with the filling
- Gluten free and sugar free strawberry tartlet with pastry cream
Day 2
- Sugar free and Gluten free Swiss merengue roll filled with Passion fruit cream
- Sugar free and Gluten free Lemon pie with merengue
- Gluten free pizza crust which we will enjoy for lunch
Day 3
- Sugar free and Gluten free Filled Profiteroles
- Classic French dessert, the Paris Brest ( Sugar free and Gluten free)
- Mil Hojas, o el "Mille-feuille" filled with pastry cream (Sugar free and Gluten free)
