One course of four (4) days where you will learn 4 delicious Venezuelan desserts! If you are interested in learning all recipes you can register for the entire course (Saving $160 because it comes out to $80 per class). If you, can only take certain classes you can purchase the classes you'd like individually for $120 each.
All ingredients and materials are included, students will work with chef to make the desserts together (as a group) and will taste and enjoy each dessert during the class. Students just need to come ready to learn! Continue reading below for more detail on the classes and recipes:
- A Delicious Bienmesabe: A typical dessert of Venezuela's rich gastronomy. A delicate almond sponge with the perfect coconut and dulce de leche combination. We will guide you step by step on how to make this delicious "manjar" with ease.
- Tempting Alfajores & Besitos de Coco: Join us on this culinary trip and learn to make delicious Alfajores and Besitos de Coco. This tradicional Venezuelan dessert offers a unique experience with various recipes in one class! The dough for the Alfajores, filling and decoration along with techniques to achieve perfection and add on the "besitos de coco".
- Delicious Jojoto (Maiz/Elote) Cake: Discover the authentic taste of Venezuela with this traditional Jojoto Cake. Learn to bake this unique recipe from scratch, it is a sweet, soft and spongy cake that will bring new life to your creations!
- Exquisite Marquesa de Chocolate: A unique experience to learn one of Venezuela's favorite desserts, la Marquesa! This is a "cold" multiple layer cake, with chocolate, cookies and more!
