What you will learn:
- Recipe and preparation of swiss meringue, technique and temperature
- Recipe and preparation of dark chocolate ganache
- Recipe and preparation of diplomatic cream
- They will learn to work, decorate with fruit and use glaze
- Practice with a spatula to from pavlova
- Assembling and decorating
