Course Description:
Learn from scratch:
- How to bake the perfect cookie base for decorating
- Preparing Royal Icing
- Making smooth flood icing
- Transferring designs onto your cookies
- Decoration techniques to create multiple fall-themed designs
Included:
- Full-color step-by-step workbook + recipes
- Tools for classroom use
- Each participant will decorate 4 cookies (Turkey, Fall Leaf, Sweater, and Autumn Ornament) and take them home
