Course Details

• Course Length: 4 hours
• Class Schedule: 3:30 pm to 7:30 pm
• Teacher : Chef Ranze Paez
• All ingredients and recipes are included

• If you do not attend the class, the money will not be refunded, but it remains as credit for another class.

Course Description: 

• Hand-made macaron mix
• Making naturally flavored ganache for the filling and use it properly
• Choose colors appropriate to the flavor tone
• They will learn to work with the pastry bag to form a perfect macaron 
• Lear to bake 
• Fill and assemble beautiful macarons

The Macarons tradition comes from the XVII century, invented in Italy and was later popularized in France, where the recipe and the shape of the macaroons as we know today was developed.
