The Macarons tradition comes from the XVII century, invented in Italy and was later popularized in France, where the recipe and the shape of the macaroons as we know today was developed.
In our classes, participants will learn to prepare the recipe using natural ingredients and key tips and techniques to apply extra color and flavor that will help them achieve the perfect fit and finish of a French macaron.
Participants will be able to sample these delicious treats in the class, as well as take home some fresh Macarons to share with loved ones.
